AMS is shaped by the operational and organisational needs of the services that use it. To ensure development stays aligned with those needs, all future improvements are now overseen by the AMS Steering Group.
About the AMS Steering Group
The steering group is made up of representatives from services currently using AMS. It meets every 12 weeks to review and prioritise development work.
Meetings: Organised by servcies involved.
Purpose: To agree on which features or improvements are brought forward for the next development cycle
Submitting a Feature Request
If your service has a suggestion for improving AMS, it must be raised through your organisation’s representative at the steering group.
Please DO NOT email feature requests to support@ignistechnologies.co.uk, as these will not be picked up through the support channel.
Only feature requests discussed and agreed upon in the steering group will move forward into consideration for development.
What Happens Next?
Once agreed by the group, selected features are added to the development roadmap for the upcoming 12-week cycle. Progress updates will be shared as work is completed and released.
