How to select and complete a checklist

Follow these steps to select and complete a checklist efficiently.

Before following the steps below, watch this short video for a quick walkthrough on selecting and completing a checklist. 




Step 1: Navigate to the Checklist Section

  • Go to Checklist and select Manage Checklist.



Step 2: Select the Checklist Type

  • Choose the type of checklist you need to complete.

Step 3: Choose the Station

  • Select the station for which you want to complete the checklist.

Step 4: Generate the Checklist

  • Click the green + button to create the checklist for the selected station.

Step 5: Start the Checklist

  • The newly generated checklist will appear in the list.
  • Click the blue button to begin.

Step 6: Complete and Submit the Checklist

  • Answer all the questions.
  • Add any necessary comments if required.
  • Click Submit to finalise

Checklist Status Stages

A checklist can be in one of four stages:

  1. Not Started – The checklist has been generated but not yet opened.
  2. Started – The checklist has been opened and is in progress.
  3. Uncompleted – The checklist was not finished before its due time.
  4. Completed – The checklist has been successfully completed within the required timeframe.
