Starting an Assessment

This guide will walk you through the steps to start an assessment in the PHA ProHealth Analytics platform.


Step-by-Step Instructions


1. Access the Assessments Section

  • Navigate to the left sidebar.
  • Click on "Assessments" to expand the menu.
  • Select "Begin an Assessment".


2. Select a User

  • Before starting an assessment, you must select a user.
  • Use the dropdown menu to choose the desired user (e.g., Silas Abbott).


3. Choose an Assessment

  • Next, select the type of assessment you wish to complete.
  • Use the dropdown menu to choose the appropriate assessment (e.g., Fitness Assessment).


4. Start the Assessment

  • Once you have selected the user and the assessment, click the "Start Assessment" button.





Handling Missing User Details


If a selected user does not have necessary details in their profile, you will not be able to start an assessment. This is due to some formulas requiring the information and the age at the time of assessment being saved.


1. Identify Missing Details


  •  After selecting the user, if their profile is incomplete, a message will appear indicating the missing details.


2. Edit User Profile


  •  Click the "Edit User Assessment" button to update the user's profile with the required details.


3. Complete Profile Information


  • Enter the missing details (e.g., date of birth, sex) in the user profile section.


4. Save and Retry


  •  Save the updated information.
  •  Return to the "Begin an Assessment" section and proceed with selecting the user and the assessment.
