This knowledgebase article will guide you through the steps to create or edit pass criteria in ProHealth Analytics (PHA). Pass criteria are essential for determining whether an assessment step is marked as PASS or FAIL.
If an assessment includes one or more pass criteria in its steps, all criteria must be met for the assessment to be considered a PASS. If any criteria fail, the assessment will be marked as FAIL.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Assessments
From the main dashboard, locate the sidebar on the left.
Click on "Manage Forms" to expand the options.
Select "Assessments" from the list.
2. Select the Assessment to Edit
You will be directed to the "All Existing Assessments" page.
Locate the assessment you wish to edit and click on the "Edit" icon (eye symbol) under the "Actions" column.
3. Select the Step for Pass Criteria
In the "Configure Assessment Steps" page, select the step you want to create the pass criteria for.
Click on the step to highlight and configure it.
4. Click on 'Step Pass Config'
- In the block information panel on the right, click on the "Step Pass Config" tab.
5. Add a Pass Criteria
- Click the "+" button to add a pass criteria.
6. Choose a Criteria Type
- A new window will appear where you can choose the criteria type.
- The most common type is "Attribute-Based". This works on the data entered during the step.
- Boolean and Value-Based formulas are derived from pre-existing formulas in the system, such as BMI calculated from height and weight values.
7. Example Configuration: Systolic Blood Pressure
In this example, we will set the pass criteria for the systolic blood pressure to be below 180.
If the systolic value is 180 or higher, the assessment will be marked as FAIL once submitted.
- Select "Attribute-Based" from the dropdown.
- Set the attribute to "Systolic".
- Set the operator to "Less than".
- Enter the value "180".
With these steps, you can effectively create or edit pass criteria within ProHealth Analytics to ensure accurate assessment outcomes. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please contact support.
