This knowledgebase article will guide you through the steps to change or edit links in ProHealth Analytics (PHA). The process involves navigating to the assessments, selecting the desired assessment, choosing the block to modify, and editing or creating a new link.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Assessments
- From the main dashboard, locate the sidebar on the left.
- Click on "Manage Forms" to expand the options.
- Select "Assessments" from the list.
2. Edit the Desired Assessment
- You will be directed to the "All Existing Assessments" page.
- Locate the assessment you wish to edit and click on the "Edit" icon (eye symbol) under the "Actions" column.
3. Select the Block to Change the Path
- In the "Configure Assessment Steps" page, select the block that you wish to change the path for. This block is the origin of the link you will edit.
- Once selected, you can see the block details and existing links.
4. Edit or Create a New Link
- To edit an existing link, click on the "Edit" icon next to the link.
- To create a new link, click on the "+" button in the "List of Links" section.
5. Configure the Link
- A new window will appear where you can configure the link.
- Select the "Link Type" from the dropdown menu. The two most commonly used types are:
- Default: The link will be followed without any criteria or rules.
- Step Attribute Based: The link will be followed if the data entered matches the rule set.
- For "Step Attribute Based" links, you will need to specify the attribute, operator, and value that will trigger the link.
Example Configuration
In this example, we configure the next step to be "Blood Pressure - High" if the systolic value is greater than 180.
After configuring the link, click "Submit" to save the changes.
Link Types
Default
No criteria required; the link is always followed.
Step Attribute Based
Follows the link based on specific data entered in the step (e.g., systolic blood pressure > 180).
Boolean Formula
Follows the link based on a pre-defined boolean formula.
Value Based Formula
Follows the link based on a pre-defined value formula (e.g., calculated BMI from height and weight).
Understanding Link Prioritization
Links in PHA work on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that if the criteria for a link are met, that path will be taken. If the criteria are not met, it will continue down the list until one is honored. If no links match the criteria, the assessment will end.
Example: Blood Pressure Assessment
High Blood Pressure Stop
Condition: Systolic value > 180
Action: Navigate to the "Blood Pressure - High" warning step intended to stop the test,
Medium High Blood Pressure Warning
Condition: Systolic value between 140 and 180
Action: Navigate to a "Blood Pressure - Medium High" warning step.
Normal Blood Pressure
Condition: Systolic value < 140
Action: Continue to the fitness test.
By following these steps, you can effectively change or edit links within ProHealth Analytics to tailor the assessment process according to your needs. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please contact support.
