Step 1: Access the Login Page

• Navigate to the Ignis Technologies login page.
• Click on the "Forgot Password" link located beneath the login form.

Step 2: Enter Your Email

• You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
• Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
• Click on the "Reset Password" button.

Step 3: Check Your Email

• Check your email inbox for a password reset email from Ignis Technologies. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
• Open the email and click on the "Set your initial password" link provided.

Step 4: Set a New Password

You will be redirected to the Set Password page.

Enter your new password in the provided fields. Ensure that your new password meets the following criteria:

• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• Includes symbols

Click on the "Reset Password" button to confirm your new password.

Step 5: Confirmation and Login

You will see a confirmation message that your password has been successfully reset.

Return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.

Tips for Creating a Strong Password

• Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
• Include numbers and special characters (e.g., !, @, #, $).
• Avoid using easily guessable information such as birthdays or common words.
• Consider using a passphrase or a password manager to generate and store complex passwords
