How to Log In with or without Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)

Modified on Tue, 25 Mar at 3:20 PM

Here’s a short video showing how to log in to AMS and PHA.

In the first example, SSO isn’t set up at the organisation level, so the user is prompted to add a password. This has been the current login format for AMS & PHA .

In the second example, the user belongs to an organisation with Single Sign On (SSO) enabled, so they only need to enter their email address to log in.

This guide explains changes to the login page for AMS and PHA as we move to single sign on (SSO). The current login screen is shown below.

Starting from [Date to be confirmed], the login screen for AMS and PHA will be updated as we move to Single Sign-On (SSO).

Simply enter your email and click the blue login button. If your organisation is using single sign on (SSO) then you will be logged directly into AMS or PHA without the need for a password.

However if your organisation is not using single sign on (SSO) you will be promted to enter your password as below.

If you've ended up on this screen but your organisation uses single sign on (SSO) the click the use single sign on button as below.

You will then be directed back to the single sign on screen as below.
