How to Archive and Restore Users in PHA

We've introduced the ability to archive users directly from the User List menu in PHA. Archived users can be restored if needed.

This feature is useful when users leave the service or retire. Please note: Archiving a user will remove their metrics from dashboards, but their data will remain in the database for future reference if required.




Archiving a User

  1. Navigate to Manage Users.
  2. Locate the user you want to archive.
  3. Click the yellow button to archive the user.



Viewing Archived Users

  1. Go to User Status in the menu.
  2. Select Archived to view all archived users.


Restoring an Archived User

  1. Open User Status and select Archived.
  2. Find the user you want to restore.
  3. Click the yellow button to restore the user.
