This guide will help you navigate the AMS to view and update tasks assigned to you. Follow these steps to manage your tasks efficiently.
Viewing a Task
Navigate to the Task Menu
- On the left-hand side menu, click on Tasks to expand the task options.
- Select View Tasks to open the task list.
View Task Details
- In the task list, locate the task you wish to view.
- Click on the blue eye icon to open the task details.
Task Details and Comments
- The task details will be displayed, showing all relevant information and comments.
- Review the task context, assigned users, and any comments or updates previously made.
Changing Task Progress
Navigate to Task Progress
- While viewing the task, locate the Task Progress section on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the Change Progress button to update the task status.
Select Task Status
- From the dropdown menu, choose the new task status:
- No Progress
- In Progress
- Completed
Add a Comment for Status Change
You will be prompted to add a comment explaining why the task status is being updated.
Enter your comment and click the Submit button.
Save the Comment
Your comment will be saved and displayed in the Comment / Updates Box as evidence of the task's progress or completion.
You can add additional comments or upload evidence as needed by using the Add a comment section.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and update tasks in the AMS, ensuring clear communication and tracking of task progress.
